A speakeasy in Roma Norte, behind a kitchen.

ROSSO is at Puebla 329 in Roma Norte, but you can't see it from the street. You enter through Pavorosso: cross the kitchen, pull back a red curtain, and on the other side is a 430 sq ft bar with benches around the counter, a ceiling of light circles and the DJ booth facing you.
It is a bar that explores pleasure through the senses. Red covers everything, the music is curated night by night and the menu is signature cocktails: Picarilla with tequila and chile de árbol, L'Origine du Monde with cocoa-butter gin, Camasotz with sherry and guava, and a full non-alcoholic section.
We open Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm to 2 am and Sundays from 4 to 11 pm. Wednesday to Saturday there is a DJ session from 9 pm; on Sundays one full record plays start to finish.
Seats are few, so booking helps. Tables for up to 4 are booked right here, free of charge; larger groups and private events are arranged on WhatsApp.
